Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Posty ("Service"), a social media planning and scheduling platform operated from Australia.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Posty.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that occurs under your account.

2. Workspaces and Team Access

Posty lets you create workspaces, invite teammates, assign roles, and collaborate on content. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for deciding who can access connected channels, drafts, and publishing workflows.

3. Connected Platforms

You may connect third-party social accounts so Posty can publish content or fetch reporting on your behalf. By connecting an account, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that you remain responsible for the content published through that account.

Connected platform use is also subject to the applicable platform terms and policies. If you connect YouTube, your use of Posty's YouTube features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

4. YouTube Disconnect and Revocation

If you disconnect YouTube from inside Posty, you authorize Posty to immediately submit a programmatic revocation request for the stored YouTube authorization and to delete related YouTube API data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for choosing the correct visibility and audience settings for YouTube uploads you publish through Posty.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, and schedule through Posty. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the Service.

You must not use Posty to create, store, or publish content that:

• Violates applicable law, platform rules, or third-party rights
• Contains malware, spam, or deceptive content
• Is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or threatening
• Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property

6. Paid Plans

Paid features are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the listed fees and authorize recurring charges unless you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Availability and API Dependencies

We aim to keep Posty available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features that rely on third-party APIs can change, fail, or be limited if those platforms change their rules, scopes, or product requirements.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Posty or to a specific platform integration if we believe the Service is being used unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that threatens our access to third-party APIs.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Data handling after termination or disconnection is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
