Run every client’s social media without multiplying tools, seats or approval threads

Posty is social media management software for agencies. Each client gets a workspace with its own channels, calendar, inbox and approval chain. Your team works across all of them from one login; each client sees only their own, and only what is ready for them.

One workspace per client, one login for your team

A workspace is the unit of everything in Posty: channels, calendar, media library, inbox, analytics and approval rules. One per client means one login for your team, one bill for the agency, and no shared folder of half-labelled assets.

  • Channels connect to exactly one workspace
  • Each workspace keeps its own timezone and posting defaults
  • Today lists what needs a decision in the workspace you are in

Clients never see another client’s accounts

Access is granted per workspace, never per agency. A client invited to their workspace has no way to list, search or stumble into another client’s accounts, posts or conversations. The same holds for a freelancer you bring in for a single account.

  • Membership is explicit: no invite, no access
  • Client visibility hides drafts and team-only comments
  • Your billing view lists every workspace; content stays scoped

Clients approve inside their own workspace and see nothing else

Invite each client into their own workspace as an approver with client visibility. They see the posts waiting for their decision and the ones already approved, scheduled or published. Drafts, work still with your team and team-only comments never appear. Every approval and change request is recorded against their name.

  • Clients see only what is ready for them
  • Approve or request changes with a comment
  • The approval ledger records who signed off and when

Multi-level approvals: your team signs off before the client does

On Business, a workspace can require two approvals in order: your team first, then the client. Drafts stay inside the agency until someone on your side signs off, so the client only ever reviews work you are ready to defend.

  • Draft, team review, client review, scheduled
  • Override the chain per post when a client wants speed
  • Approval on a scheduled post arms delivery automatically

Team permissions set per workspace, per person

Roles are set per person, per workspace. A contributor drafts and schedules, an approver signs off, a viewer follows along, an admin connects channels and invites people. Team or client visibility decides whether drafts and internal comments are visible at all.

  • Admin, contributor, approver, viewer
  • The same person can hold different roles in different clients
  • Seats are never billed, so give access to everyone who needs it

Comments, mentions and messages, sorted by client

Every comment, mention and direct message arrives in the inbox of the workspace that owns the channel. Assign it, reply from the same screen, and hand the thread to the account lead without leaving the client’s context.

  • Comments, mentions and DMs from every connected network
  • Assign conversations to a teammate
  • Reply from the workspace, in the client’s voice

How onboarding a new client works

Four steps, and none of them involve sharing a password or adding a seat.

  1. 1

    Create the client’s workspace

Add a workspace to your agency, name it after the client and set their timezone. Choose Pro or Business for this workspace; it joins your existing subscription as one more line.

  2. 2

Connect their channels and set the approval chain

Connect the client’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok or other accounts to this workspace only, then choose the approval mode: none, client approval, or team then client.

  3. 3

Invite your team, then the client

Invite the account lead and designer with team visibility and the roles they need. Invite the client as an approver with client visibility so they can sign off without seeing anything else.

  4. 4

Plan the first month and send it for review

Draft the first campaign on the calendar, run it past your team, and let the client approve from their workspace. Approvals arm delivery; publishing happens on schedule in the client’s timezone.

What a social media management platform for agencies costs at three, five or ten clients

One subscription for the agency, one line per client workspace. Pick three, five or ten clients, or slide to your own number, and switch between monthly and annual billing. Mixing plans is fine: put the clients who need the two-step chain on Business and the rest on Pro.

What agencies ask before moving their clients over

How do I manage multiple social media clients without them seeing each other?
Give each client a workspace. Their channels, calendar, media, inbox and approval chain live there and nowhere else. Your team switches between workspaces from the sidebar; each client is invited to their own workspace only, so the question of who sees what is answered by the structure, not by a settings page.
How do clients approve posts?
Invite the client to their workspace as an approver with client visibility. They see the posts waiting for their decision, plus what is approved, scheduled and published, and nothing else. They approve or request changes from there, and the approval ledger records who signed off and when.
Can my team approve before the client sees anything?
On Business, a workspace can require your team to approve first and the client second. Nothing reaches the client until your side has signed off, and a client can request changes or withdraw an approval before the post is scheduled.
Can one person have different permissions for different clients?
Yes. Roles are set per person, per workspace: admin, contributor, approver or viewer. The same designer can be a contributor in one client and a viewer in another, and nobody gets access to a workspace they were not invited to.
Does the inbox mix conversations from different clients?
Comments, mentions and direct messages land in the inbox of the workspace whose channel received them. Assign them to a teammate, reply from the same screen, and never see another client’s conversations in the list.
How is social media software for marketing agencies priced here?
Per client workspace, with your team included. Pro is $15 a month per workspace, or $12 billed annually. Business, which adds the two-step approval chain and unlimited teammates, is $35, or $28 billed annually. Ten clients on Business annual is $280 a month for the whole agency.
