Channels and approvals stay separated by client

How do I manage multiple client social media accounts without mixing them up?
Each client lives in its own workspace with its own connected accounts, calendar, media library and inbox. A post is created inside one workspace and can only be scheduled to that workspace’s channels, so there is no way to publish one client’s post to another client’s account.
Can my team switch between client workspaces quickly?
Yes. The workspace switcher sits in the sidebar on every screen. Pick a client and the calendar, inbox, media and analytics change to that client. Your list only shows the workspaces you have been invited to.
Do clients see everything in their workspace?
No. Clients are invited with client visibility. They see posts that are waiting for their approval, approved, scheduled or published, and they can comment and request changes. Drafts, posts still waiting on your team, and team-only comments stay hidden.
Which social networks can I schedule to?
Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky and Discord. Each network has its own API rules for media, captions and posting limits, and we document every one of them on the platform limitations page.
How is pricing calculated for an agency with many clients?
You pay per workspace, and a workspace usually maps to one client. Starter is $29 per workspace a month, Growth is $39 and Accelerate is $49. Annual billing gives you two months free: $384 a year on Growth. Teammates are never charged per seat.
Can I put different clients on different plans?
Yes. Plans are chosen per workspace. A client who needs a two-step approval chain or audience analytics can be on Accelerate while the rest stay on Growth, and you can upgrade or downgrade a single workspace at any time.
What happens when I sign a new client?
Add a workspace, choose Growth or Accelerate for it, connect the client’s channels and invite the people who need in. The new workspace joins your existing subscription, so there is one invoice for the whole agency.
