What X shows of your header
X, formerly Twitter, asks for a 1500 by 500 pixels header at 3:1. Depending on the screen it trims up to about 60 pixels from the top and the bottom, so the strip that always shows is 1500 by 380.
Your profile photo sits over the bottom left of the header, and on phones it covers a bigger share of it. Keep text and logos in the middle band, right of centre, and let the edges carry background.
A blurry header is usually one that was uploaded smaller than 1500 by 500 or saved as a compressed JPEG. Export at the exact size, as a PNG if it has text, and it stays sharp.
